Badr University in Cairo (BUC) was established in 2014 under CIRA Education, located in Badr City on a 45-feddan campus. It currently hosts over 16,000 students, 350+ faculty members, 16 faculties in the Cairo branch and 9 in the Assiut branch.

- High school diploma or equivalent meeting the faculty's minimum grade
- Internship certificate for medical specialisations
- Degree equivalency from Egypt's Supreme Council of Universities
- Documents certified by home country foreign ministry and Egyptian embassy
- Submit documents from May to December
Postgraduate
- For Master's: Bachelor's with minimum Good grade + TOEFL or IELTS
- For PhD: Master's with minimum Good grade + TOEFL or IELTS
- Medical clearance certificate
- Embassy approval specifying faculty, year and specialisation
